Ergonomic Assessment
Initial Consultation
We fully evaluate your desk set-up. From chair to pc/laptop and everything in between. Checking out angles, position of items, inc. heights, distances and more. We ensure that your set-up is optimised to reduce likelihood of injury and increase productivity.
Super Assessment
With our ‘Super Assessment’ – we also provide access to a tailored Online rehab programme giving you key Physio stretches strengthening that can prevent or reduce symptoms. This is 60 minutes and +£20.

ErgoPhysio
Preventative:
An ergonomic assessment of your employee’s current desk set-up, complete with written report and recommendations. This reduces the likelihood of employee injury, poor productivity, and employee turnover.
We then follow up at 3 months with your employee to evaluate the changes made and increase compliance.
Rehabilitative:
Unlimited Physiotherapy access for your employees giving them support when they need it, with urgent same-day appointment slots held for injuries that cannot wait. We provide follow-up appointments, journeying with them to full recovery.
